Yazzi is a journalist, researcher and documentary-maker based in London. She specialises in cultural commentary at the intersection of the arts and politics.
Her writing on music, fashion, beauty and culture features in The Standard, Because Magazine and Notion magazine.
In 2025, Yazzi produced and directed ‘The Sound Of What’s Left‘, a 30-minute documentary about London’s grassroots small gig venues. The film has been screened at the Windmill Brixton, The George Tavern and Genesis Cinema.
Yazzi is a Central Saint Martins graduate of Fashion Communications: Fashion Journalism. Her creative practice strives to engage diverse audiences in open-minded cultural discourse.
